Lu'Ana Settle; such a strange girl no doubt but her attitude sometimes cause her to seem like a bitch; her hyperness makes her come off crazy. Ana giggled and said "In my pants." It was a game her and her friends used to play. After every sentence you had to say 'In My Pants'.

Lu'Ana was in the forest exploring. She staid somewhat close to town because her sister Luna said it would be best. To keep her safe since Luna hunted there..

Sighing she looked ahead and saw a small cave just big enough for her to climb into. Ana took off into a run yelling "CAVE, CAVE, CAVE,CAVE!" Acting childish in others eyes but to herself she was just...her.

When she came close to the cave she stopped and looked in thru the darkness. She didn't see anything so she crawled in and sat down. She was a girl who took risks and stupid ones at that. Her twin was more careful.

"When someone goes by." She thought grinning, "I'm gonna say something. Just dunno what yet Cuz im a bear."

Car's padded feet pounded the soft ground in a sort of rhythmic pattern. She was running in wolf form and she was running fast. Carson was small for a wolf, not as small as Lucy who looked like a house dog, but she was small. Her thick fur was mainly white, around her muzzle was a light brownish color that kind of reflected her freckles, and her paws were almost disproportionate to her body in a way. She kind of looked like a stuffed animal with really sharp teeth. Her legs still stretched and she began to slow at the sound of someone yelling. It was a female voice, no doubt maybe a half mile away. Good my senses aren't jacked up. She slowed and started walking toward the area of where the sound came from.

No Carson wasn't on patrol, or else Lucy would've been there too. She was just running today and maybe she would end up with some fun. As she neared the cave that must have been what the girl was yelling about, Car came from the side hearing someone whisper. So this girl wanted to just out and scare people? Carson had an idea and without warning she let out one loud bark then sat down waiting for her reaction.

Ana blinked as the wolf/dog figure came in view. "Hmm," She thought. Ana was in her risk mood and she figured as long as she wasn't fearing the animal it wouldn't attack her. Maybe wolfs were like bees. Won't hurt you unless you afraid of them.

Ana got on all fours and crawled from the cave giving it a better view of her. "Bon jour." She spoke in her first language. "Tu es jolie.Ca va? " She knew the wolf probably couldn't understand her anyway so she didn't bother with English.

She had unique features to her. Ana thought she was really pretty and wanted to touch her but she knew better than that one. It was wild after all. Might bite her..or kill her.

So instead Ana crawled alittle closer to it.

Carson's once blue now deep brown eyes watched as a blond girl on all four emerged from the cave? Seriously? Did I just run into crazy town? Car looked behind her but everything was normal. This girl was just weird then. That was what Car decided on, pure insanity. Then she spoke to her. Carson then looked down at herself. Yes, she was in wolf form. That it, I've decided she escaped from a mental hospital. Yea, that's what happened. The gray wolf's head tilted and her ears switched forward as if to say 'What the hell are you saying?'.

Instead of growling at the girl to back off, Car just sat there like a house dog being told to stay. The blond girl seemed to feel no need to back off, well she'd learn her lesson later... but for now Carson's dark eyes stayed fixed on her. Wait, was that French? She thought. Car had almost forgotten that the other in wolf form could also hear her thoughts. A laugh entered her mind, but it wasn't her own. One of the guy patrolling was listening but the connection was cut as soon as she was about to telepathically say anything about it.

Ana giggled at the confused looking wolf. "Well aren't you. erm. pretty?" She spoke in English. "You 'ave erm." She looked to the ground trying to think of the word. "Unique marking. Very pretty."

Ana crawled alittle closer to it noticing it was a girl. She smiled and sat on the ground sitting herself Indian style. "Je n'ai avant jamais rencontré un loup." the poor wolf was probably getting so confused listening to her speak in two different languages but French was so easy and sometimes she doesn't realize she switches off as she does.

She took her pale hands thru her blonde and stared at her. She seemed to tame to be wild. To Ana anway.

Car liked the attention. This girl was crazy for sure, but she did know how to compliment. She lowered so that she was laying down with her head resting on her paws. Her markings, unique? In a way they were. Car was one of the only rare ones to bring a human quality of hers into her wolf form, her quality being her freckles. The guys never really said anything to each other about how the looked as wolves. Sure they may joke around and be like 'hey man you looked real cute and furry today' just to get on each other's nerves. Car already liked this girl, no matter how insane she came off as.

Another language, really? I have no idea what you said. No clue! This made her head lift again and tilt again. The double language thing made Car frustrated, made her want to grab her shoulders and shake the girl and yell ENGLISH PLEASE! ENGLISH! But even in human form, Car wasn't that kind of person.

"I see zat you understand English better." She nodded to the wolf. Ana tilted her head to the side and her bangs fell across her eyes making her sneeze. Her sneeze was alittle high pitched and she hoped it didn't startle the wolf.

Ana straightened her head. "Excuse me." She said with a smile. "Do you like sweet things?" She asked digging in her jeans pocket for her candy bar. Snickers. Ana's favorite. "I know most animals don't but it doesn't 'urt offering. Ana unwrapped the mini snickers bar and placed it in the palm of her hand.

She looked at it a moment thinking about just eating it herself but already offered it the her. Ana's arm extended it as far as it could go so the wolf, if she wanted it, wouldn't feel to close to her. "You may 'ave et"

Ana smiled politely to her. She hopped she'd like it. If not it would be okay animals normally didn't like sweet foods and as a wolf probably has never had human food before.

Carson wanted to laugh when the girl inferred that she liked English better. The girl started talking about food. She sat back up and watched the girl take out a snickers bar. When it was offered to her, she took it as gently as she could from th girls palm. Carson had never chewed a candy bar when not human. She found that it was so much harder then it looked. After chewing she swallowed and barked once again.

This blond girl really wasn't that bad. Sure she seemed like she came from a mental institute, but she meant well. A light breeze blew through the trees and it caused Carson's fur to tussle a little bit. One thing she hated was the long fur, but what could she do? She wasn't chopping off her human hair... therefore, she'd have to deal with it. Car looked back at the girl, this time making eye contact. She wondered if she knew anything at all about Carson's world?

Ana smiled brightly as the wolf took it. "If I 'ad more I'd give it to you." She said watching her chew. Ana favorite animal was the wolf because the were so pretty. "You seem to be zee only vne I can talk too. My sister I never get to see. Till she can control 'erself." A slight frown approached her face but quickly vanished. "She told me et will only take a year though so I guess zats not to long."

Sighing she looked in the wolfs eyes. Another pretty thing about her. "I like you. You can't talk but you listen." Her smile slowly come back to her and she extended her arm again slowly and petted the top of her head. Her fur was soft unlike what Ana thought. Her hand slowly moved behind the wolfs ear and scratched it lightly.

Car listened to the girl as she spoke. Her story about not seeing her sister seemed to make her, sad? It made Carson think for a second. Would she be sad if Jason took off for a year? Of course she would and not just because he's the one who does all of the adult stuff like getting money, buying food, that sort of thing... but because it'd be really lonely. Thats how she guessed this girl felt.

When she extended her arm Car didn't move. She didn't want to scare her though this girl could really use something to make her think of common sense. She made the comment that she liked her? Little did she know that Carson could talk, and be human. She felt the girl's fingers on top of her head and went with it. She let her pet her, still as could be.

Ana moved her hand back to her lap, and looked into the wolfs eyes again. She would have continued petting but she didn't seem to like it. "Between you and I. My sister was bitten." Lu'Anas frown appeared on her face again. She drew her knees to her chest and wrap her arms around them. "Vampire." She almost stuttered getting the word out as it was hard for her to believe.

She closed her eyes a moment. Ana felt deeply that it was her fault. if she would've stopped her from going to the forest that night. If only she had done something to prevent it. But she didn't. She opened her eyes once more and sighed. "Ard to be away from my twin."

She shrugged her shoulders lightly and laid her chin on one knee. Growing up she had never been away from her for so long. It was hard and very depressing. Doing dangerous things just weren't as fun without her. She missed Luna saying things she did was stupid and could have killed her. And yet she was the one who got bitten. The calmer one.

Bitten. That word seemed to stick in Carson's mind. Then the girl said the word Vampire. Car growled unintentionally but quickly stopped after realizing it. So she did know about things beyond what she should. Interesting. Carson weighed the pros and cons in her head. Should she change back to a human? Not in front of her of course, but the girl would figure out that the dog was her soon enough, right?.

The small wolf got up and quickly ran maybe a half mile away and within the course of five minutes human Carson came quietly through the bushed. She was barefoot and wore dark jean shorts and a skin tight green t-shirt. Her long brown hair was down, her eyes back to being blue on her 15 year old face. This was the real Carson.

She sat back where she had when she was a wolf, her face blank. "You were right, English is easier to understand." Damn Car! Why did you just do this! Oh thats right, maybe if I got enough information about her sister I could keep everyone else from tearing her to shreds... for Crazy's sake. "Oh, I'm Carson by the way."

Ana blinked as the wolf got up and ran. Maybe the snickers made her hungry or something. Well Ana was alone. Again. She thought about going back into the cave and waiting for a person to come by but she was strangely comfortable. So she didn't move. Just sat and thought about things. Her sister mostly.

"You were right, English is easier to understand."

Ana blinked when the girl sat down. Was she spying on her and the wolf? What a strange girl. Why in the world would she be? The again the girl came from far away how could she hear her? She wasn't that loud and she knew it. Unless she was hyper. Like earlier. Ana was so confused now.

"Oh, I'm Carson by the way."

Ana nodded to Carson once. "I'm Lu'Ana. but you can call me Ana." Ana thought a moment before speaking again. "Were you spying on me?"

"I'm Lu'Ana. but you can call me Ana." Ana thought a moment before speaking again. "Were you spying on me?" The made Carson laugh a little. She shook her head, a smile on her face. I was right! She did escape from a mental hospital! Car figured anyone who couldn't piece this together was crazy. "Not quite. You were talking to me." She said as if she were basically telling the girl, Ana that she had been there the whole time as a human in a way. She looked down at her hands and moved her thumbs in a circle. "I was that dog you were talking to."

Great Car... might as well tell her your her conscious! She'd have and easier time believing you then! Her mind ran wild with internal arguing. It might take a while, but she was determined to make this work. "So go on... your sister, she is a vampire?"

"I knew zere was something different about zat wolf." Ana shrugged her shudders and looked around. The sun was shining thru the trees. "You're a werewolf." She said without question. If there were vampires why not. Who knows what else is out there too. Honestly Ana didn't want to know if there was. It's aliitle to much to take in and honestly creepy.

"So go on... your sister, she is a vampire?"

Ana eyed her for a moment. Something wasn't right here she was up to something. "Uhm Yeah." Ana gave Carson a questioned look. "Not supposed to talk about et." She sighed heavily and shook her head. "Your wolf form is pretty."

Car rolled her eyes when Ana told her she wasn't supposed to takl about it. Then she complimented again. "Um... thanks. But please, go on about your sister... like what does she look like? I kind of don't want to end up having to hear that the pack killed her. That should grab her attention. The word Kill usually did that to people. Carson looked at Ana. "Please. I mean, I can always change back to wolf form if it makes you feel better.

Ana was alittle taken aback by the word kill. Her eyes narrowed slightly and straightened her face out quickly. "No you can stay as you are. You talk back now." She moved her knees from her chest finally and crisscrossed them Indian style.

"Luna is blonde. Alittle taller than me. We did look ze same but she alot prettier now. She's written me letters its ze only way we can talk." Ana stopped talking a moment before continuing. "She says shes feeding off animals instead of human so one day she can handle being around people. Says et's very 'ard for her but she is trying."

Luna, for a new vampire, is very controlled strangely. "Please don't 'urt my sister she's not a bad uh vampire." Ana was very suspicious about this girl now. She liked her but something was odd.

Staying human worked for her. She'd really rather not have to change back and forth but how else could you do it? When Ana spilled the information about her sister Carson smiled and crossed her legs criss cross as well. "Thanks. I'll tell my brother so your sister should be fine then as long as she doesn't go off killing people." Carson shrugged and ran her fingers through her hair.

Her eyes were back on Ana. Car kind of felt bad about nearly threatening her to talk about her sister. Sure it wasn't right but you do what you've gotta do, right? "So how'd she get changed? Well, you don't have to tell me if you don't want to, I know what I need to now."

Ana gave her a soft smile to let her know she wasn't upset with her anymore. She never did stay upset long. "Uhm, she was attacked. Zat's all I know. She doesn't like talking about et." Surly Carson could understand that. After something like that happening.

"Her name is similar to mine. Lu'Ana Nichole, Ers es Luna Cole." She giggled lightly. Ana loved their names because they were so similar.

Thinking about her made Ana think about the In My Pants game again. She laughed aloud staring into space. She always loved playing that game because it got rather amusing after awhile. Her attention though snapped back rather quickly.

"What's et like to be a wolf?" She asked tilting her head to the side.

Ana looked at Carson. Her wolf features fit her will. The freckles probably made the markings didn't. She probably was one of the smaller wolfs. Ana felt she probably was by the way she acted towards her, "I'd like to meet zem sometime."

A reddish-brown figure moved swiftly through the trees of the Foxford forest. This figure was very large, about the size of a house. He was the biggest of his pack, being the alpha werewolf and all. At that moment, the werewolf was following another werewolf's scent, making sure she was doing what she was told. Why was it the alpha's buisness? Because it was his sister, and he was just making sure that she was doing what she was told. Lately, they had a little disagreement about following the rules.

The reddish-brown werewolf, known as Jason, peered ahead of him. He spotted her...in her human form. Sighing with annoyance, he started to approach. He froze when he saw the shadow of someone else. He wasn't sure to approach the scene as a human or not. If he did as a human, it could have been a bloodsucker. If he did as a werewolf, he was most likely to get shot thinking he was a giant bear. Or a giant wolf that shouldn't be on the planet. Either one would be a good percentage of getting a shot to the head. Jason didn't really feel like getting shot at the moment.

Whatever he had to do, he had to do quickly incase Carson was in danger. Thinking and deciding rather quickly, he turned to human, struggling to put his shorts on as he ran. He saw the person with Carson and smelt that it was just human. Once he saw the person's whole face, body, hair, everything....everything around him stopped.

There was a strange feeling in his body. It was a mix of thrillment for no reason and the fact he couldn't look away for his life. He had no idea who this person was, but all he knew was that he felt like she was his whole life all of a sudden. Nothing mattered at that moment. He forgot his sister was even there.

Shaking his head violently, he approached slower. He tried to look away so he wasn't caught staring for no reason. There was a theory in his head, but he didn't want to think of it. The chance of the theory was very little, but he couldn't think of anything else that could have possibly happened.

Car laughed at how laid back this girl was. She seemed so nice, yet so odd, and... oh yea, she had a vampire twin sister. Odd. That was the right word to describe her. Carson's breathing was even now, her ears listening out of habit. Her head turned to the side and... of course. Ugh. Jerk couldn't even let me run alone! Car tilted her head. "Jason. I sould've known I'd see you here..." She started, talking through her teeth. But then she just kind of let the composure go."You jerk! I can't believe you followed me here!"

Carson would've gone on but she stopped remembering that Ana was sitting right across from her. Her eyes went from Ana to Jason and back to Ana. "Ana, this is my jerk-off, self centered, controlling, hot headed, stupid, inconsiderate, selfish brother. Oh yea... and his name is Jason." She rolled her eyes in frustration. She wasn't at the point of shaking mad... but if he pushed it to far today she would go off. No doubt.

She gave him a bright smile showing her teeth. Something she rarely ever did account on her having braces.

Though people has told her she looks cute with them "At least I get them off in a few months " she thought to herself. Carson and Jason did look alike in a way. The hair mostly. "Is he too?" She asked focusing back on Carson. Ana didn't want to make it obvious of what she was asking just in case.

His gaze from the blond girl, now to his knowledge her name was Ana to his rambling annoyed sister. He made an overexagerated eye roll, "Sorry, but you don't have the best reputation of being what your told. And espeically of what I heard recontally, I decided I would check." He shrugged, like a whatever, then felt like slapping himself across the fact because he did a 'whatever' jesture.

'Whatever' was for teenagers who were wrong, but they wouldn't admit it. He was frustrated for himself for acting a little bit like that. Maybe it was that Carson frustrated him so much. That had to be the reason. At least that part took his mind off of his theory for a moment.

But once Ana spoke again, everything that Carson said eariler was off of his mind. "Nice to meet you too." Jason grinned at her, showing off his strait white teeth. The gaze was there again, so he tried to focus on Carson. "And at least I'm not a teenage brat who does the opposite of what I'm told, making me forget one of the most imporant rules we follow." What Jason was talking about was the time she was suppose to be on patrol, but she was at the beach with her friend. To make the matters worse on that, a leech came, and Carson let it go. It was going to a long time before that passed Jason.

He looked at Ana again, knowing that his theory was true. He imprinted.

"Is he too?" Carson gave a stiff nod, here eyes still glared at Jason. She wasn't surprised he would do this, but she was surprised he'd make it so obvious. "Oh get over yourself. In case you didn't notice, your little watching over me DOESN'T WORK!" Car didn't know weather to get up and leave or what. I'll say it again in words YOU MAY UNDERSTAND... Gosh Jason, I'm sorry I didn't ripe out that leech's throat the other day... There, happy? She remembered then that Ana was there, and in the mean time between arguing Jason was making googly eyes at her. Car sat back down and shook her head and looked at the sky mouthing the word 'Why' over and over.

Lu'Ana watched the two bicker. She wasn't liking it to much but they were siblings and all siblings fight. She stared up at the clouds in complete daydream making shapes of some sort. She saw a bear, loin, bunny, and a crowbar. She smile at the sky. It was kind of hard to see threw the trees but she managed it. Grinning she continued looking until she became bored with it and snapped back to attention. Her attention didn't last long though.

She picked a rock up off the ground and turned around sitting up on her knees. "I wonder how far zis cave goes in." She said in a low voice and tossed the rock as far as she could. It hit the wall on the other side and grinned. It wasn't small but not large either. She liked this cave and decided to claim it as hers. "Ana's Cave." She muttered under her breath and giggled.

He noticed he was starting to get really distracted and Carson was being her bratty, annoying teenage self again. With that, he made a deep sigh, shaking his head like 'wow, this is my sister.' Well, it may work, because I never tried it before. And I'm not sure what happened here, but at least your not screwing around." He told her.

He heard what else she said and he sighed again, "Just because your sorry, doesn't change the fact you did what you did. Trust takes so long to gain, and easy to lose. I need to learn to trust you again. And yes, I heard you the first time you said it." He explained to her, trying to keep himself calm.

He turned to Ana, yet again, feeling a little sorry that she was in the middle of their fighting. He was about to apoligize, but she wasn't where she was anymore. She was on her knees, throwing something in a cave. Strange behavior, but Jason had seen worse.

Curiousity on what she was doing it and why was biting at him like a flee. So, he bent down to where he was close to her level (since he was so tall), telling her, "Sorry you have to see us like this. We're pretty much like this on a regular basics." With a shrugg of his shoulders, he tried to meet her gaze at the cave, trying to figure out what she was looking at and why.

Jason had no idea how he was going to deal with an imprint, let alone bring it to tell the others. He wasn't going to just say it all at once. It was too much of a personal buisness you just didn't just bring up in random conversation. Worse, he didn't know how to tell Ana. By gestures eariler, he knew she knew about werewolves. Silently wondering if his sister spilled the beans, he also wondered if she knew about vampires. There was so much to learn from her before he could even bring it up.

She ignored Jason's explaining. The sound of his voice just annoyed her right now. Carson was actually pleased by the way Ana took their fighting, it was like she blocked it out. Carson watched Jason bend down to her level and Car shook her head. She barely caught what he whispered but it was enough. She leaned in slightly. "I can hear you." She whispered and then pulled away. She was calmer now and with the calmness came her thoughts.

She looked from Ana to Jason and then back to Ana. "Hey Ana, since Jason thinks he is the end-all-be-all of everything, why don't you tell him about your sister. Ana continued staring at the cave wondering if something once lived in there. A small fox maybe; or a family of foxes. Defiantly not a bear it was too small. Maybe a wild wolf. Ana tore her eyes away from the cave looking into Jason's eyes with her bright blue ones. "Zat es ok." She answered him. Witch was true she really didn't mind unless it got physical. She wouldn't know what to do think. Possibly be in shock of some sort.

"Hey Ana, since Jason thinks he is the end-all-be-all of everything, why don't you tell him about your sister. He probably would think I was making it up if I told him."
